I've always been curious about one thing: how businesses actually become more connected, more efficient, and ready for whatever comes next.
I was there from day one at Consillium Private Investments, learning first-hand what it takes to build a company from the ground up. Later, working with organisations like EY and PPF Group showed me how businesses grow, and how disconnected systems, manual processes and outdated ways of working quietly hold them back.
At EY, I worked closely with organisations across multiple industries, looking at financial performance as well as the processes behind it. That work taught me how to quickly understand the way a business actually operates, spot inefficiencies, and see where automation and technology could create real, measurable value.
At PPF Group, I went on to consolidate the financial statements of more than 250 companies across Europe, the US and Asia. It was a role that showed me just how much complex, fragmented systems and processes can slow down even the most successful organisations.
Across every role, I kept coming back to the same conclusion. Successful transformation isn't about adopting more technology; it's about understanding the business first, then using the right technology to solve the right problems.
