I've always been fascinated by one question: how can businesses become more connected, more efficient, and ready for what's next?
From being there at the very beginning of Consillium Private Investments — seeing first-hand what it takes to build a company from the ground up — to working with global organisations like EY and PPF Group, I gained insight into how businesses grow — and how disconnected systems, manual processes, and outdated ways of working hold them back.
During my time at EY, I worked closely with organisations across multiple industries, analysing not only financial performance but also the business processes behind it. That experience taught me how to quickly understand how a business operates, identify inefficiencies, and recognise opportunities where automation and technology can create measurable value.
At PPF Group, I went on to consolidate the financial statements of more than 250 companies across Europe, the US and Asia — work that showed me just how much complex, fragmented systems and processes can slow down even the most successful organisations.
Across every role, I came to the same conclusion: successful transformation isn't about adopting more technology. It's about understanding the business first — and using the right technology to solve the right problems.
